I value my clients time and I hope you value mine while I try to look after all my clients needs. I require 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellation, please call, text, or email to make these changes. For a NO SHOW to an appointment, I require full appointment booked to be paid for before any future appointments to be made.

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY APPOINTMENT TO BE?
Please allow 3 hours for all colour and staightening services. For timing regarding extension appointments, I will give you a ballpark upon our extensive consultation.
HOW IS THE PARKING SITUATION IN MANLY?
We have street parking all around us. If you know your appointmnet is going to take longer than the time alotted by the parking sign, there is council parking off of Sydney Road which is a 10 minute walk.
WHAT IF I'M LATE TO MY APPOINTMNET?
We're all human and run late. I promise I'll always do my best to let you know if I'm running behind and I hope you do the same. I will always try to accomodate your full appointment if you're running behind. But if it's going to throw the rest of my day into chaos, I may have to either move your appointment or alter it slightly to accomodate.
WILL YOU ALWAYS TAKE A PHOTO OF MY HAIR?
No, not always. I promise it doesn't mean I don't love your colour, straightening or extension results. Sometimes it's because I don't have time. If you would rather not get photos taken, please let me know prior and I'm happy to respect your wishes!
